Lisa Wilson
I have worked at the kiosk since February 2023 and have worked all of my life in a customer service role, spending 15 years running caravan sites all over the country with my husband.
We began to run the caravan site in Looe in 2018 and fell in love with the town and the friendly people so we decided come and live here permanently. When this role came to a natural end I decided that I would like to do something that I really enjoy. I had always dreamt of working in such a beautiful place, the views from Hannafore Kiosk are stunning whatever the weather! I love coming to work every day and it really is like a dream come true for me to work with such a lovely team with lots of friendly familiar faces visiting us each day.

I started working at the Kiosk in May 2020 when the new owners took over. During this time I was studying at College and I have achieved A levels in Psycology, Media Studies and English. My latest role at the kiosk includes website and social media work and this is something that I have a great interest in. All of the skills and experience I have gained at the kiosk will be instrumental in my future goal of working in the mental health sector.

Having worked in local government for most of my life, a change was needed so in 2016 I finished with child protection and jointed the Team at the Kiosk. I enjoy the interaction I have with the customers and working with the wonderful team at the kiosk. My involvement at the kiosk is varied. I serve, make drinks and on occasions assist with the food preparation. I am of Welsh origin. Having lived in Wales for most of my life, I moved to Cornwall in 2006, so I have met many Welsh people over the years. Many of them return every year and ask for the 'Little Welsh Lady'.
