Halloween 2023

It was spooky week up at the kiosk this week! to celebrate Halloween, staff had great fun carving pumpkins and decorating the kiosk. the whole week we had Looe land train as ‘looe Ghost Train’ visit us with both children and adults dressed in terrifying Halloween costumes coming to get their ghost train cards stamped and collect some sweets on their way! Everyone on the ghost train received a card with different locations on and would go round to each location on the train to get their card stamped, we were joyed to be one of the chosen places as we had great fun seeing all the costumes and handing out sweets to everyone. it was a fantastic atmosphere and a great way to enjoy the Halloween week!

We also held our staff party on Halloween night at the portbhyan in Looe, we had a fantastic night and had the whole of the restaurant area for the party. Local musicians Leon Harvey and Josh Taylor performed after our lovely meal. It was great seeing everyone’s different costumes and having a laugh and a dance outside of work. The staff work so hard all year round so its great to see them let loose and enjoy our party.
